Gift du Jour is operated by Creo Holdings LLC. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Gift du Jour websites, mobile apps, account features, recommendations, reminders, wishlists, and related services.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Using Gift du Jour
You may use Gift du Jour for personal gifting organization, wishlist management, reminders, and curated gift discovery. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service in a lawful and respectful way.
You are responsible for the information you add to your profile, Gift Circle, wishlists, and notes. Do not upload or enter content that is unlawful, harmful, invasive of another person's privacy, or that you do not have permission to use.
Recommendations and Retailer Links
Gift du Jour provides curated gift ideas and editorial recommendations. Recommendations are informational and may not be perfect for every recipient or occasion. Prices, availability, shipping estimates, and retailer policies can change without notice.
Some links may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase through one of those links, Gift du Jour may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee placement or positive coverage.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, feature limits, and pricing are shown at checkout and may vary by plan, platform, billing interval, or promotional offer.
Web subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. iOS subscriptions, when available, are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled through the platform where you purchased.
We may change plans or features over time. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will provide notice where required by law or platform rules.
Reminders and Communications
Gift du Jour may send account, reminder, transactional, and product communications by email, push notification, or SMS where those channels are available and enabled. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can manage communication preferences in the app or by following unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in the message.
Gift reminders are a convenience feature. You remain responsible for reviewing dates, recipients, purchases, and deadlines.
SMS Reminder Program
Program name: Gift du Jour SMS Reminders.
Gift du Jour sends opt-in gift occasion reminders to eligible account holders who enable SMS reminders in their account settings/profile preferences. SMS reminders are optional recurring messages for saved birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and other gift occasions. Messages may include curated gift ideas.
SMS reminders are available only for accounts, plans, or packages that include SMS reminders. If your account does not include SMS reminders, this program does not apply unless you move to an eligible account, plan, or package and separately opt in.
To opt in, enable SMS reminders in your Gift du Jour account settings/profile preferences by entering your mobile phone number, turning on the SMS reminders toggle, and saving your preferences. The SMS reminders toggle is off by default. Purchasing or upgrading a subscription does not by itself enroll you in SMS reminders.
Message frequency varies by saved occasions and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS reminders is not a condition of purchase or of using Gift du Jour.
You can opt out of SMS reminders at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@giftdujour.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using Gift du Jour, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Gift du Jour, Gift Circle, Gift EQ, related marks, designs, copy, software, and editorial materials belong to Creo Holdings LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Beta Features
Some features may be released as beta, preview, or early access experiences. Beta features may change, break, or be removed. Feedback you provide may be used to improve Gift du Jour without obligation to compensate you.
Disclaimers
Gift du Jour is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free recommendations, product availability, retailer performance, or that a gift will be suitable for every person or occasion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creo Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed reminders, retailer issues, or purchase decisions made through third-party links.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Gift du Jour evolves. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
